Prayer is an essential focus for our church each year as a part of the New Year season. It's a joy and a privilege to set aside dedicated time to pray for the amazing Gospel opportunities that will come in 2024.

You may want to sign up with your family, friends, Sunday School class, or small group and make the commitment together.

Right here at First Baptist Somerset in the Historic Sanctuary on Sunday, January 7th from 9AM-1PM and in the Main Sanctuary from 1PM-9AM.

Sign-up for a 1-hr time slot to come on-site and pray over the topic that will be provided for that hour. Each group will gather in the designated location at the top of the hour and a prayer leader will open up the time together. You will then be able to spread out and pray on your own, using a guide provided. Toward the end of the hour, the prayer leader will pull the group back together and close with a time of thanksgiving. We hope many will join us for this important time in preparation for the year ahead.

If you'd like to commit to pray, but cannot join in-person for health and other reasons, simply sign-up to pray with us at home! A prayer guide will be emailed out to you the week of the event.
